					                        <description><![CDATA[<p>As an admin for the NCTA Facebook page, I have looked and checked all messages, there is nothing there that I can see regarding the question you "Posed".  You may want to check you settings if I am blocked in your settings I can not see anything you post anywhere.  If this is the case, that is why your question has gone unanswered up until now.</p>
<p>	The most logical thing to have done would have been to pick up the phone and call one of the officers or board members and just asked.</p>
