OfflineBeautiful mount!
I would like to ask you a question though if you don’t mind, or anyone else who wants to chime in on this. In relation to the length of the neck on the carcass, do you make the artificial neck exactly the same length, longer or shorter? I ask because I did a mallard for a show I attended last summer and I got gigged because the judge said my neck was too short (and it was a flying mount also). I made it the same length as the carcass. Unless the photo is deceiving me the neck on this guy looks shorter than mine.
You should make the artificial neck length the same as the real neck.

OfflineThank you guys!! I’m not sure why you got dinged for a short neck Victor in less you may have had the breast pulled up the neck to far but you should always make it the same length . They always have a S shape to them. Some people make the neck the right length but don’t put any bend in it and they will be to long then .
