I have taken in several birds that were put in regular plastic grocery sacks and put in the freezer for over a year. I have skinned out 3 birds this week with dry (freezer burnt) faces and can’t get the face skin to roll back when skinning. Is there any help for this?

Inject the face with a little soapy water or let the head soak in water to loosen it up.
