wondering if anyone knows if its ok to leave a turkey that’s ready to mount out over night to help dry faster for faster return

I wouldn’t. Bag it. You want the skin as flexible as possible so as to put it in the right spots. Where I live, it takes a month to dry. Couldn’t rush it if I tried.
