OfflineA week ago I had convinced myself to try the flying pose since I screwed up my first attempt at the full strut. I ended up biting the bullet and giving it a second try. Still have a few issues but hope to improve on the next one. Thanks to Aaron & Austin for their detailed instructional videos on Taxidermy Insider and all the private help they have given me through the Insider Forum. Without their help I would have never made it through mounting the jake, the tom and the pheasant. You guys are great!!!! If you are wondering why there is no beard on the tom, the guy who shot it kept the beard. I have to put another one on it
Gary,
The full strut turned out Great! You have quite the collection of mounts going there! We are so happy that you where able to use our courses to produce those mounts! Keep up the good work!

Congrats on getting your first full strut up and drying — I think you did a good job tackling a tough piece. Now on to your next one !!!
Always happy to help our Insiders. Thanks again Gary for being member.

Gary, your strutting turkey looks great!
The most important thing is you didn’t give up and tried again. This is the same thing I tell my students who are experiencing problems in my math class. Just remember FAIL (or F. A .I .L.) actually means “First Attempt In Learning”
Your next will be even better.
