OfflineMy first two turkeys are going to a buddy of mine who is a DNR officer. DNR is going to use them as decoys. I got $150.00 each out of them which will cover supplies for a couple more practice birds. He said they would take as many as I wanted to get rid of. So I can keep getting my supplies covered until I finally produce a bird that is worthy of keeping. lol Couldn’t resist taking them to the woods to get a picture of them before they get shot a second time. lol

Those birds look great Gary. That DNR officer got one heck of a deal at $150.00 each. Those look better than some I have seen charging $400-500 a bird. Anyone know where I can get hold of a couple turkeys? I have one and want to subscribe to the Insider (or buy the lifetime access video) but would like a couple to work on.
Are those freeze dried head or fakes?

OfflineThose are both unpainted freeze dried heads I bought from Boondocks Taxidermy. I have one Tom in the freezer now to practice on but I have some guys that are going to give me a couple if they get one. If I get an extra one you are welcome to it. Turkey season just came in here Monday so there is plenty of time to get a couple more.
