Aaron, I’ve actually contacted the village here and our home owners association about having a pet turkey. Unfortunately I can’t (and now they all think I’m nuts – which is obvious!) Wish I could have my own reference turkey – (PET)!!!!!

Having live reference birds has really helped my turkey work.
They are actually faster to react to people pulling into the driveway then the dog. Everyone loves to see and hear the turkey. He is the star of the show around here ! They all think he is a Merriam’s….. It is my little secret he is just a BB Bronze .
