Pretty bird!  Do you remove the tail completely when you do these guys?

You wouldn’t happen to have a front view of this guy would you?  I have one in the freezer I want to do before summer is up.  It was given to my wife by a friend for dog training (Ran into her plate glass window).  I said, “No friggin way are we using that beautiful bird for dog training and get it all tore up.  I will give you an old duck or something.” 

I was thinking of doing it in a drumming pose.
