In most cases, if the legs and toes are not injected they will just dry unnaturally shriveled. If you are injecting with masterblend, it is only meant to plump them back, not preserve them. I always inject with both masterblend and Preserve It .
As far as the tendons, I do not remove them. In some rare cases a leg may rot if it had an infection and is not injected with a preservative, or was starting to rot prior to mounting.
