So what color are drake hooded merganser feet? In my waterfowl reference book “Complete Waterfowl Studies” by Bruce Burk the birds have grey feet and legs, almost diver grey. Recently, I have seen 2 mounts and their birds have yellow feet and legs, almost like a wood duck. Which is correct?
