I have done several skin mounts of fish with the head on but I am wanting to try my next one by removing the head so I canrebuild the gills easier. I’m sure there is a movie I can buy that has this method on it but I’m hoping someone on here can help me out thanks.

To me removing the head gives you better access to clean out hard to reach places . Remove gills . Gill rakers . Tounge . I’ll see if I can’t get some pics today on the next bass I have to do .
