I recently mounted this bobcat on one of Brian Harness divide and conquer forms. Needless to say bobcats are not my specialty by any means but I was very impressed with the form. Goes together great and hardly any form prep. Had it sitting outside for the rock to dry so this is not the best picture I could have taken but its the only one I have.

They are easy to mount on, that’s for sure. They aren’t the easiest to alter though, and the heads need some serious work before adding skin. With a little work they can look plenty decent, and like I said, they are so easy to mount on you can make a good profit even with the head alterations.

I would suggest saving a cat head and neck, and either making a plaster mold of it, or storing it in your freezer and comparing it to the Harness head. I’m not picking on Brian’s forms, I just don’t see what he sees on the heads. It gets even more glaring when you compare the frozen head to a Roger Martin head. Try the exercise and see what you think.

OfflineGlad this thread was brought up, I just purchased two myself. I noticed in brians videos he has a live bobcat called bobby so I am sure he gets alot of reference from his cat.
The southern cats or different then the ones I have seen from up north. I just purchased skins from Minn. and those cats are bigger and longer haired..so maybe that is the difference in his heads. just a thought. the mounted cats that were posted on here looks nice.
