what eyes do I use on a competition deer

I like Epply competition eye’s . I also like meader 250 iq . I’m not crazy about meader’s new eye but that’s just me.
If you use Epply’s dont use anything metal for eye work. I use my brushes and make little tools out of cedar to keep from scraching it. There are many other’s to choose from . These are just the one’s i like the most .

If you do get an imperfection on the Eppley eye you can apply a thin coat of Future Acrylic floor finish. Makes the eye look good & gives a little depth. I use it on the Eppley eyes whenever I use them.

This is a Pre-rotated Tru-eye. Maybe easier than the Comp Tru-Eyes if you are not familiar with rotating eyes.

Same eye/gamehead-and-lifesize-mammals, different angles.
