No finish work done yet but last one for 2010 if you do not count the 2 freinds that have not given me thier deposits yet! Good thing though , just got a phone call today by a hunter that is goin to Colorado next week ALREADY for a velvet hunt…….man cant you other states just give us a break lol !If he ships his velvet antlers to me overnight ya think they will be ok ? I got a freeze dryer just a half hrs drive from me but was wonder’n whatchya’ll think their survival rate will be? Colorado to Michigan
Rick, get him some stop rot to brush on the velvet. I had a game warden bring in a set 2 weeks ago to give me from a car kill. I brushed them and then them hang while I was down in North Carolina and the velvet held great. Now I’m seding them to be freeze dried.

I’m actually going to mount that buck for the warden, I have a cape ( short hair ) coming from Mr Price. And yes I’m still getting rid of antlers, I took a whole siut case full of them with me to Carolina. :skull:
