…got to do some repairs to it. It has been in a storage building for about 10 years. It was mounted 20 years ago and has bondo ears. The nose shouldn’t be a problem, but does anyone have any suggestions on this ear?

I have a suggestion, sell them a new cape and do a re-mount

In my honest opinion at this present time D price is the best Taxidermist on this sight.

If they want “vintage” I would just re-glue the pieces back together, we are not shooting for competition, just vintage. If you put the time into it, it could look next to new, but you can only polish a poo pile so much.

Got the ear together and the nose patched up. Now I got to do the finish work.

I know I didn’t charge enough. Took me longer than expected. I told the lady $165, she was getting it fixed for her husband. First thing I have done for them, so maybe I will atleast get a new client out of the deal.

If not oh well, it was a break from doing the same ole normal stuff. It was actually fun to see if I could pull it off, I guess thats up to the client when they come to pick it up.
