I am using a 64U form that is 7 1/4″ N 2 E. The flehmen nose I orderd for this form is the Med for 7″ to 7 3/4″ N 2 E. But can not get it to mach up. I got the top to line up somewhat but now my mouth is to short. Thin win I put the bottem in place to check there is no way it can work. There is over a 1/4″ step up from the form to the bottom jaw. Should I maybe order the small flehmen nose and try it?

IMO the Flemen nose was designed to fit the Meder forms better than other forms and tend to run big on the other forms. You will always need to sand down either the form or the new nose to fit each other, but may need the next size down. If you didn’t buy his video on how to install the nose it would be a worth while investment.

Nope I did not. The video makes it look very easy. Meybe is I was using a Joe Meader form it would be easyer.

i think you should at least test fit your head first. that will tell you if you should make your head or muzzle bigger or the nose smaller. i think most mackenzie forms run small in the muzzle.

Thanks Chorne I will test fit. And I agree with you on mckinzie forms all the muzzles look small. I rebuild the nose with clay on most of thim I use. Thanks for the info. I will test fit before going any farther.
