Their forms are not bad, the foam is pretty hard though, in my opinion.

I just mounted on one of their Bobcat rug-shells, and I couldn’t hardly scratch the skin of the thing. But it mounted up nicely, for a rug anyway.

Here is one Im working on right now. A Research form with heavy alterations. I ordered it at the Pa. show to get the show discount, and had them pour it without rods.

Still got a bit to go. I’m just glad to have it back together in one piece.

It started out at; 6 3/8 X 16 1/2 X 41 X 59 1/2

It is now at; 6 X 13 X 36 X 55 (exactly what the skin measures).

I cut mine half way through the shoulders and took an old Van Dyke’s Springbok form I had lying around, cut the back board off and foamed it to the body. I had to lengthen the muzzle 1/2″ and build up the neck an inch behind the ears on down. Few alterations to the face and head and you have a W/T that measures 6″ X 13″.

HQ Masters Choice hide glue is good stuff . I’ve used it on several mounts . Works extreamly well on deer down to bobcats .

Springbok turned into to Spikebuck, that’s a lot of work to keep from spending money with a certain supplier. Stupid maybe, but my choice. Still got some sewing to do, but a lot closer than I was to being finished with this project that has stretched out longer than I wanted due to the show season.

It’s not perfect, once again this project taught me a lot about anatomy.
