Just put my archery buck from this year
together. I know he needs a lot of work yet. But, wanted to say. This is the first one of these forms we have used. From HQ. It just FELL into place. Very nice to work with!
Nice looking buck and mount. Very good eye detail as well.

My son uses a 10 point cross bow as a result of three shoulder surgeries from a high school football injury. My 9 year old grandson got two nice bucks this past year with his dad’s cross bow. I am still stuck with my Hoyt Carbon Spyder. Needless to say I gut shoot more deer than they do. lol I try to justify it by saying at least I don’t ruin much of the meat when I shoot one. And we always have plenty of time to relax and eat a sandwich before we go track it down. 🙂
I use a Parker Enforcer. I sure miss my compound. I hate how cumbersome and heavy these crossbows are. I could shoot a quiver full of arrows and not be picked off. Just one shot now. I use to go to a lot of 3D shoots as well. They don’t cater much to crossbows and I don’t think it would be near as much fun. Oh well. With it, I can still be in the woods, my favorite time of the year, that’s what counts! This one is my nicest to date with archery tackle.
