OfflineIt depends on what type of hide paste it was mounted with. If it was mounted with a water based adhesive, you can wrap wet towels around all of the hide and use plastic wrap or tape to hold the towels on until the moisture hydrates the hide and loosens the adhesive. If an epoxy type adhesive was used it could be impossible to get off in one piece, but you may get lucky. Personally, I would just get another cape. Good luck!
