Looking to try some of the HQ deer forms out. Before ordering any I’m looking for advice on them. Especially sizes. Some forms seem to run bigger or smaller. Also dose the C measurments on these forms coraspond to the measurments across the axis bone? Any other coments are welcome pro and con. Thanks
The B measurement is right behing the ears, The C measurement is three inches below the B at the swell. Forms run true to size. Since you are in IN, you would probably want to steer away from the W01 and W02 series, they are made for shorter neck, smaller framed deer.
The eye set in the W03,W05,W07 and WAS are positive base for Tohickon’s Meder eye or the trueye, if you use an eye that is not as tall you may need to add a little clay behind it
