Why do you have to enter a “Contract” for 24 months when the phone will not last that long and the service they advertise to get your business is not what you end up with?

Wow!…I went through the same problem today..I was on the phone for atleast an hour, and nothing has changed…It’s not very good customer service on my end when clients try to contact me and all my calls go to straight to voicemail when I have perfectly fine signal! !!

i’m not a big fan of the 24 month contract either, all i always get a new phone within 18 months, which this time it will be the iphone 5 this fall
