Owl watercolor|General Discussion|Forum|Taxidermy Talk

I recently attended a watercolor workshop after a loong absence from doing ‘fine’ art. This is an owl I started in class and finished at home. (I can’t do those swift watercolor paintings…after 16 years of doing taxidermy, I have to put in the details! LOL!) We worked from some of his paintings for reference, so I had to work from memory on the details…and my memory isn’t that great! At any rate, it’s a start and I’m looking forward to doing more fine art. Didn’t realize how much I’d missed it!
