I’ve looked around the site for topics on staining repaired antlers with no luck. But could have over looked it. Anybody care to share their methods on staining?

I use the “paint on, rub off” color kit..I bought it from McKenzie. I wipe some on, mist some water on it so it fills in all the detail. Then ill blot off excess. It’s easy to get too dark. I start from lightest to darkest.
