OfflineNew member here. I am in the fur trade and recently took a bobcat. Took the pelt and decided to save the paws. Wanted to do something with them rather than waste them because they were really good and fluffy. Was thinking about hanging them from the rear view mirror in my truck, just thought it was a cool idea… I was wondering how I would go about doing so because none of the taxidermy shops I have seen sale seperate foam bobcat paws. Do I need to set some foam and carve it myself for the paws or are there any easier ways to go about doing this?
Any help is much appreciated

OfflineYou can just use critter clay or apoxie sculpt. Make sure that all of the toes are skinned down to the claw. After tanning the foot skin, use the clay or apoxie to fill up each toe and then fill in the foot and pad area. Once the toes and foot are filled shape them into the correct position. Then sew a flap of skin and fur over the top to cover up the clay or apoxie.
