Has anyone tried fiberglass layup resin with fine cut fiberglass chop and catylist for deer ear’s ? No bondo. Just Resin . I know it would get hot . But just checkin to see what the result was . I have spare capes . I might try it and show the results if there good.
I would love to see the results of that. I have a couple of junk cape I might give it a try myself.
For sure if I can get caught up here in a few day’s I’ll try it just for giggles
I have used bondo-hair for a couple years, It works great! I recently started using earliners and like the results
Earliners definitely look nice. The benefits I’ve noticed are the edges can be thin and wont curl. If fitted right no drumming.but I think outside the box sometimes. Tomorrow amoung many projects I have going on I will try fiberglass cloth and resin.may be actrainwreck but ill just have to find out for myself.you never know till you try.
