OfflineNeed some insight on the topic. Need to gain 1 to 1.5″ on the tight neck measurement or aka the C measurement. Also can a 20″ tight neck cape be stretched a full inch? If so how far can you stretch a properly hydrated deer cape? The form I am using is a new McKenzie 6900 series semi-sneck. Reason is this is the largest racked buck I have ever harvested and long story short had to leave deer overnight to expire. Upon recovery the deer was eaten by yotes. Deer had a 23″ tight neck. Had to use my deer cape from earlier in the year which was 20″. The largest form I could get was 20″ due to the eye to nose measurement. The get a larger form the eye to nose would increase by a 1/4″. Any tip or tricks would be greatly appreciated.

OfflineYou could go with a Ben Mears form, and leave the cape as is. Ben Mears forms look big. Sounds strange I know. But seriously those forms make a deer look big.
