Freezer Repair ????

I have a old freezer, about 10 years old, and it does not get cold, only around 22 deg F. Has

anybody had a freezer repaired ? or can refrigerant be added to a freezer ? It is a Kenmore

commercial grade 15 cu ft. thanks for any sugestions

If there are any “shrader” ports on the refrigerant lines around the compressor then it shouldnt be difficult for a HVACR tech to service it. They look almost identical to valve stems on tires.

I do not see any ‘ports’. It has a tube that has the end crmped and sealed.

That means its a closed system. It can still be serviced and repaired, but not at easily… meaning more money
