Who here uses it and r u supposed to paint over it or use it as a finish product. Meaning paint first and apply last and let dry to a clear finish.

So u paint your flesh pink and then nose pad gray and put the mod podge over that.

There is no “proper” way. You need to study your reference and determine what methods you can use to mimic that as close as possible.

I apply the bumps, then paint most of them separately.
