I have a nice mule deer mount from a deer our daughter got when she was about 13, it is important to us because of who got it! About twice a year I give it a careful vaccuming and dust off the antlers and then make sure the hair is laying down properly. This year I  noted the nose leather looks dry. What do I need to do to correct this befôre  there is damage?
