Is it possible to re-create an antler? One side was very unique and the deer had an injury and he shed it or knocked it off. Is this something that anyone has seen done or could do from a trail cam pic? I know I have seen some pretty nice carved wood antlers that look real, but not even sure where to find someone to even ask to do it.

I appreciate any help!

Later,
Big Nine!!!

It can be done. It’s not gonna be cheap for a quality job. Do you have some pics of what you are talking about doing? Do you have the burr and any of the main beam, or is it all gone?

Thank you for the response!
Unfortunately there is nothing left. Basically the Antler was shed. This is for a friend, so no pics at this time, but he may want to talk to someone if he can find someone willing to do it.

Here is a good example of what can be done.

Sometimes you can find sheds to match the other antler and attach it to the skull plate, And mount as usual
it’s the most cost effective way to go. To rebuild from scratch is pricey
