I would like to remove a cape from a four year mount that I don’t like. The cape is in very nice shape. Does anybody have a suggestion.

I have done this twice, once for a freind of mine that decided to change his mount/pose, and once for me to see if it could be done.

This deer was a 7 years old mount, the trick is to realy soak the mount, I put it in a tub of cool water for 24 hours, then it just about pealed right off.

since then I have sold the mount.
