I would appreciate everyones input on going to school.

I’ve been looking into going to a taxidermy school taking a program… any thoughts on good places to go good instruction and so on..

Anyone who has any info about any schools it would be helpful..

I have never been to a formal “school” so to speak, but I have taken one on one classes. I did my basic learning from DVD’s and going to shows, mini courses, etc. I can tell you that I learned more in two days in a one on one class, which was totally focusing on the areas I needed help with then I did with all other previous experience. It was money I totally invested in myself with and I have more than made that money back with the improved quality of my work. IMO….good luck

Advanced Taxidermy Training Center up in Thompson Fall, MT. Great school and you will learn a bunch. Well worth it. You can find all their info on line.
