I’m new in the trade of taxidermy so I’m still learning a few things about what to and not to and how to do things and how not to do things. So my questiion is, when sending of animals hides, what is the proper way to prepare them before you send them off?

are you referring to sending them off to a tannery? If so it would be best to call that particular tannery and ask them how they would like the skins prepared.
