Does anyone know if there is such a thing as a plastic skife knife?  It seems I have to replace mine often due to rust because of the constant temperature changes and humidity in my shop (no heat but occasionally use air conditioning in the summer).  I have looked through all the catalogs I have but see no plastic ones.

Not that Im aware of. After each use its best to remove the blade followed by washing or rinsing off good. When storing a skife knife lightly spray down with WD-40.
