I am wondering if anyone can give me advice on a good software for keeping customer info, expenses, reports, taxes, etc? I am very tech savvy and would love to be able to have everything easily accessible on my computer. (I am also over cautious so will have paper records as backup Lol). I have researched and found TaxiShop, http://trophyts.com/ , and http://www.trophetracker.com/. Any input and/or pros & cons would be great…because our current system “the wife” is getting overloaded Lol. Thanks!

I know TaxiShop is a popular one, QuickBooks works well for accounting purposes

Well, I am the creator of Trophyts.com so I am pretty biased for my system but I will go over some of the pros and cons. The cons would be that my system is very new, it has only been on the market for a few weeks. There is still a ton I have to update and keep working on. Which brings me to the pros, any updates I have, you will not be charged for. There is no downloading onto your computer. Everything I have is on the Internet. My database gets backed up 2x a week. If you lose,drop, or get your computer stole, all your data will not be lost. I am very easy to contact, and very sociable so if you would like to see something added to the system, I am completely up for requests from the taxidermist. Like I said its a biased review but I feel confident that if anybody were to try it they would like it.

Just bought trophytracker for the shop and after a few mins of working with it , My life just got way easier with less paper work to fill out . Very good software , should had when I started .
