I can not view tutorials on this site. It says I must download some file that refers me to some other place that sends me to a place that requires $$.

Can you provide the link to the tutorial you are referring to? There is nothing on this site that requires you to pay.

Part 2 of the bear rug video…It wont show unless I down load something which takes me other places. It may just be my computer but I never have problems with other sites.

It is in a file called a .pdf, you need to download Adobe .pdf reader to view it, it is a free program. Pdf’s are very common for large files with multiple photos
or for saving documents
