I’m still very new to competing, but if I remember correctly the Artisan is voted on by the members. I was doodling on the back of my pocket schedule when my name was called. I did not see that one coming at all. My first competition was the NCTA show 2011, and my taxidermy skills and knowledge have grown a lot since then. So I would like to thank the members of the association for all the help and advice, and for all the votes on the Artisan. Thanks!

Justin the Artisan is voted on by the Taxidermist that have mounts in the room. I will say when I walked in the room and seen you and your buddies mount I almost knew that was the Artisan!!!! That was a supper cool mount and the work on the bear was awesome!!!!! I just want to know how long it took to glue all them Bees back on the box???? LOL Congrats again on a great mount!!!!

Jason was working on gluing bees while I was mounting the bear, and I got done first!..So there was a little bit more time in the bees.
