Not much of a skull guy, I outsource all my Euros. But this client wanted the bullet hole repaired in this Holstein Steer I had done for them. Didn’t turn out to bad.

Filled the hole with Aves Studios’ Fix It Sculpt, let it set up over night. Next day sand it down until nice and smooth. Using Woods and Waters paint, Ivory White, Gold Toner and Krylon Matte finish.

Before sanded

After sanding

D, I know this thread is a little old…..but I was looking around and stumbled on this one.
My question is, did you airbrush the whole skull? Or did you paint the repaired area and just blend it?
Thanks.

I just used the airbrush to blend in the repair to the natural bone color. I used a combination of Off White and Ivory White from Woods and Waters.
