Maybe even more likely. Tanneries don’t stay in business by ruining every hide they come in contact with, so unless it’s a brand new tannery my guess would be the hide was bad to begin with.
Tuggy….Scott…..shut up you knuckle heads! I had been using the same Tanner ever since first popped up at Surry and this Tanner was absolutely wonderful…..loved this Tanners work! Referred everone I knew to this Tanner. But I guess this Tanners’ life got in the way and the tanning fell to the side. It’s such a crying shame. Jeremy…I still like Krowtan W/T………tell you what, you send me a double dose(big cape) of your stuff and I’ll try it on my own Kansas buck, and I’ll use KrowtanW/T on my own Ohio doe. Then I’ll let you know side by side. Deal?
