From what I have been hearing, some of the larger tanning operations, have TOTALLY FORGOTTEN what good old fashioned customer service is? ???
Some, NOT ALL, have developed a condesending, entitlement attitude, with little to NO quality control.
My prediction is, over the next 2-3 years, alot of the “BIG” tanning operations, will be FORCED to down-size. 😮 It has reached the point, where the information needed to run a successful tanning operation, is VERY easy to come by. A GOOD QUALITY shaving of the skins, will be the only “make-or-break” difference between operations.
The days of tanning “secrets”, which really are not, and have never been worth keeping secret, are over! ::)
Now,the only issue with tanning, is weather a Taxidermist has the time to do it theirself, or not?(as far as North American goes) There are 1/2 dozen African species, that I cant see folks doing “in house”, but that is purely an issue of size and weight limitations.(zebra being the exception, due to the NEED of a Turner machine)

Any Guesses on who posted it? I’ll give you a few hints. He is not a taxidermist(Has never mounted anything). He doesn’t own a tannery. As a matter of fact I’m not sure he owns anything.
He keeps right on posting his propaganda because he is so obsessed with a former employer that he will do anything he can to be a thorn in his @$$.
There is more to running a “successful tanning operation” than just shaving. But being that is the only part he knows, thats what he post.
Notice closely, he is so intent on slamming the “big tannery” that he first answers the guy as Will and at the end he says Bill. He don’t even know what he is saying.
This industry will absolutely chew you up and spit your @$$ out on the ground. The hatred and resentment in this industry is rediculous to say the least.

Are you serious? That is coming from someone who shut down selling his tanning products from May until August last year and wouldn’t supply his customers with product they needed.

D…maybe it bothers him that the tannery he quite from is thriving and haveing its most profitable year it has had since it was started 32 years ago???

Mr. Moderator, I’m sorry, but I am, what appears to be permantly (Since 2/20/2012) banned from (Making Post) on that particular site due to what they call “Constant Negativity Toward Competitors”. Therefore, I could not address it over there. Believe me I wanted too.
There is definately a double standard over there. I would think the above post is pretty negative.
“Trash” was a great description as to what we are dealing with here.

MY “prediction” is that **** and ****** over the next few years will close the doors and live out their retirement years free from this bull####…
…and you and the informants that your are “hearing” your spew from will be struggling along on the back of the American people just like you have been doing.
Customer service? From the same person who says people have been begging him for a Shaving Video, said he had a video done and ready to go. Then announces a few months later he decided not to do it.
You need to not worry about someone else’s “customer service” and get a JOB!!!💡

Where have all the savvy investors’ gone, long time passing. Where have all the investors gone, long time ago.
Calm down D, it’s not worth it! I saw it and just shook my head, it was hard but I held back. This is coming from the same guy that a few years ago was constantly telling taxidermists they were clueless and never had a chance at doing a decent skin on their own. It’s amazing how the attitude changes when all of a sudden you have to market yourself to the same peple you’ve been ridiculing and demeaning for years.
I’m pretty sure the saavy investors were saavy enough to not get involved when they researched it. I know “formula’s” were sold to a supplier in Canada for that market. This same supplier was talking to me about selling teh shavers we make, then it got real quiet. About teh same time, I sold one to a fellow out west, it took several phone conversations and he finally told me that he was told my shaver was no good, poorly designed, shaved backwards etc., guess who told him that! I’m going to talk to the guy in Canada again, if that’s the same deal there, I’m afraid the gloves will have to come off. (on the other site)
hey d chill out. the guy who sits behind a keyboard is always bigger and talks a whole lot of junk. but when push comes to shove they run and hide. anyway his is not worth it. remember better san juan than this blue collar hell.

If you will notice, he has already back peddled and took some of his comments out of his post. The one here is the original I copied and pasted shortly after he made the post.
Keith if thats true about the guy in Cananda and I believe it to be because I heard from another source as well, that makes 3 people I know of that has the same formula not including ****** himself. How many times can you sell something like that?
I hope those savvy investors have their workers comp policy up to date.:innocent:
