OfflineYour question is a little confusing to me.
What I think I understand is that your customer brought you a mule deer cape. You skinned it, fleshed it, and sent it to the tannery.
Now, are you saying the tannery sent your back the cape back in this condition?
When and by who was the cape hydrated, then frozen and then hung to dry? Did the tannery do this, your customer did this or did you do this?
Anyway, just rehydrate it and proceed with the mounting, if you plan on mounting it.
