OfflineI am looking to have something made. It is very unique and fun. I am looking for a taxidermist that wants to have a little fun with a standard white duck. ( don’t know the “type” just a white duck with orange feet)
I saw on google a duck that had been turned into a lamp. I really liked the idea of a 3D pun in my living room and thought what the heck, I will post on a site full of experts. Since I just joined, I have no clue how to post a picture. It’s a swing arm light and it is in place of the ducks neck and head. Anyone up for the fun?

Offlinenice. I need to find a duck and the right lamp. I will look around and see what I can come up with. I was thinking about contacting the artist and see if he would give me more information. As an artist myself, I find it highly unlikely….lol… Are we allowed to share each others email on here? I need to check the rules again to see if it’s permissible. I would think it easier than having to post on this forum.

OfflineI have been lookin for a duck as well and the Pekin duck is the kind we are looking for. However, the only kind I can find for sale are the hatchlings and then would have to be raised from around 4-8 months before they would be the correct size we would need. I will keep looking and you do the same and we will see what we can come up with. Talk to ya later
